Same-day cut-off extended to 4pm

Our same-day cut-off moves from 2pm to 4pm across the South East from today. Book a collection any time before four and it still goes out on the same working day.

How it works

Nothing changes in how you book. Quote the job, confirm it, and the vehicle is assigned from whichever part of the network is closest. The two extra hours come from more drivers on shift through the afternoon.

Outside the South East the cut-off stays at 2pm for now, because the distances make anything later a promise we would rather not make than make badly.
